Hi!

I am selling my house in Valdez, Alaska.

If you are looking to buy... Or rent... I will consider renting as well but would prefer to sell.

My long term tenant is moving out so I am going to have photos soon.

it is a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom house located in town near the college.

I have seen similar homes are selling for $300,000-350,000 right now.

This home had PEX installed in 2018. Each room can have the hot/cold turned off if doing a remodel or other work where water needs to be turned off.

The crawl space was insulated in 2018 and vapor barrier was also installed.

Bathroom fans were also updated in 2018.


The kitchen is pretty big (39 cabinets) and there is also a walk-in pantry.


I have flooring I was planning on installing - then someone suggested I see if the new owner wants to pick their own.
