Brand new beautiful renaissance rumford 1000 fireplace still fully wrapped and sealed with all the pipping. It is an open face wood burning fireplace with a built in guillotine door that has two different options . One for the glass door and one with a screen and one with the option to leave it fully open to watch the flames. It’s really a beautiful fireplace in action . Ability to covert to propane as well.I bought it from north heat out of anchorage had it professionally shipped here and I trailered to a heated garage until I was ready for that faze of my house build. I have since had to move in a different direction and the fireplace has to go. I paid 12000$ for it I’m asking 10500$ which is more than fair as this fireplace is untouched and fully sealed in the packaging it can in unopened. All the piping is included which was specked out for a 16ft ceiling I’ll be sad to see it go but I just don’t see my home getting there any time soon. My loss your gain I’ve basically had a brand new 12000$ fireplace shipped here for you and taken 3500$ off the price it’s honestly a great deal my loss your gain
