Furnished cabin for rent off of Farmers Loop, 5 miles from the UAF campus. Available now for 2 people, maximum. 500 square foot dry cabin for $750 per month plus damage deposit of $750. 9 month lease (until May 15, 2026). Living space downstairs and loft bedroom with a wag bag toilet upstairs (inside toilet with a vent and bags you dispose of yourself). Sink and shower with heat-traced and foam-insulated drain pipes but no running water. No pets and no smoking. You haul your own water and pay for heat, electricity and phone. Quiet, secluded, comfortable and very efficient toyo heated space. AWD wheel drive is not required for this cabin.
