Energy efficient? You bet! LED lights inside and out, spray foam insulation, and a Toyo heater that only sips five gallons of fuel a week in the winter. Basically, it’s a little energy-saving machine.
For the techies: The cabin is loaded with outlets, including USB-C—because we know charging your devices is non-negotiable. Outside, there’s even a plug for your vehicle, so no one’s left out in the cold!
Kitchen-wise, it’s stocked with an oven, microwave, and a fridge for all your snacks and midnight cravings. And yes, the driveway is plowed in winter for free because who has time to shovel?
Tenant covers utilities (heat and electricity). And if you can’t live without the internet, GCI’s got your back (you’ll just have to call them). I do not list the locations of my rentals.
